My Grandma's Veggie Soup

I can remember many Christmas Evenings when my grandma would make a huge pot of this soup. And after a candle light Christmas Eve service everyone would come back to my house for soup, sandwiches and fellowship.
Now it has become my “go to dinner”, as I keep all the items on hand. And when you taste it one would think it has been simmering for hours to create the flavor that it has.
Grandma’s Veggie. Soup

1lb hamburger
½ Cup chopped onion
2 cans {14 ½ oz. each} Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes
1 can {17oz} mixed veggies {you can use frozen too}
½ Cup uncooked med. Egg noodles {I use about 1 ½ cups}
½ tsp. Oregano
2 cans beef broth {13 ¾ oz each}

Fry your hamburger and onion together until well cooked. Dump into soup pot along with all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes with lid on. Enjoy
