Chicken and Noodles
1 large chicken (5lbs +)
Cavendars’ Seasoning
1 large bag Reame Noodles
1-2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2-3 cans chicken broth
In a large pot place your chicken and cover with water and cavendars’ seasoning.
Cook on med-high heat for about 1 ½ hours or until chicken is falling off the bone.
Remove chicken and allow to cool, reserving your chicken stalk. Add cream of chicken soup, noodles and chicken broth. The amount of soup and broth you add depends on how many noodles you add. Debone chicken and add back to pot. Simmer for about 20 minutes until noodles are cooked. That’s it!
I like making a double batch and freeze some for a future dinner. Just adding more chicken broth, if needed.
