Raspberry Chipotle Dip

Here is another great dip to add to your long list of “need to try that”!

Gather up all your goods…

Layer an oven- safe serving dish with softened cream cheese.
Top with black beans, onions, Raspberry Chipotle Salsa, and cheese.

Bake @ 325* until warm and bubbly.

I know what you’re thinking raspberry? Try it, try it, try it, you must! I was skeptical at first but oh so glad I dived right in. Please make sure you buy Raspberry Chipotle SALSA not SAUCE.

Raspberry Salsa Dip

8oz. Cream cheese, softened and spread thin {about ½}
8oz. Black Beans, drained.
1 small red onion, chopped
1 jar Raspberry Chipotle Salsa {16oz.}
8 oz Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Tortilla Chips

Preheat oven to 325*. Layer ingredients as listed above starting with cream cheese. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
