Yogurt Rainbow Dot Blondies

These blondie brownies are usually gone, before they even have time to cool off around my house.
I like to think of them as “healthy” due to the fact you use yogurt rather than butter in them, umm…maybe not so much!

We had a friend over for dinner this weekend and we all enjoyed this plate of blondies, so I thought I would share them with you.

What you need:

2 ¼ cup flour
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup plain non-fat yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cups M&M’s

Preheat oven to 350* and spray a 9X13 baking dish with Pam.
In medium sized bowl sift flour, salt and baking powder, set aside.
In large mixing bowl beat sugars and yogurt together until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Then gradually add in flour mixture until well blended. Fold in M&M’s. Spread into 9x13 evenly {mixture will be very thick}. Bake for 20- 25 minutes. Cool and cut.
